I've been on a mission to use more natural cleaning products in our home.
Mrs. Meyer's Clean Day products are my favorite, but sometimes I enjoy making
my own, like this homemade carpet freshener.
After washing the evening dishes I've been cleaning the sink with a homemade
sink scrub made simply with baking soda and a few drops of essential oils.
I keeps my sink shiny clean and smells amazing!
I use a recycled spice jar because it already has small holes for sprinkling, but a
small mason jar or any jar will do.
Let me know if you give it a try and if you love it as much as I do!
DIY Sink Cleaning Scrub
1/2 C baking soda
5-6 drops of essential oil (I used lemon)
Pour baking soda into a glass jar (I used a recycled spice jar).
Add essential oil, stirring it around with a spoon or fork.
Sprinkle sink scrub into a wet kitchen sink. Scrub sink with a sponge or scrub brush.
Rinse with warm water.
Enjoy your shiny, clean, fabulous smelling sink!
