ReplyDeleteBag of GG corn niblets and Velveeta mexican cheese into the bowl and microwave until cheese is melted... make as much or as little as you need, definitely a crowd pleaser!
ReplyDeleteLove to add broccoli to a stir fry with red peppers, chicken, chili paste, ginger and garlic-serve over lo mein noodles My kids love this meal!
ReplyDeleteI love using the broccoli to add to Broccoli Cheese Casserole because it is a big hit with my sons. They fight to see who get's to lick the bowl afterwards - and they are in their 20's!

ReplyDeleteI love green beans and cut up potatoes, steamed on a pan on the stove. I don't know if steamed is the best word to describe it but you just add a little olive oil and water and put a top on the pan and mix it up often. My mom can make them the best that way! I'm still trying to perfect them myself!

ReplyDeleteI'm probably the only person who likes brussel sprouts! :) I like to boil them until tender, drain, toss in margarine, top with grated parmesean cheese (powder type), salt and pepper. Makes a great side for stuffd shells, lasagne, spaghetti etc....
