As always, all opinions are 100% my own.
Have I mentioned to you lately how much I love summer?
I mean really - I LOVE it.
I love getting into the pool after a long day at work, mowing the grass (not kidding!),
picking cherry tomatoes off the vine on our deck, sunflowers, zinnias from my mom's
garden and eating fresh berries by the handful.
Summer is definitely my favorite season of all.
When the weather is hot and sunny I find myself craving smoothies even more than usual.
Smoothies are a refreshing, healthy way to refuel my body and they're a great way to
cool off too!
I love to experiment with different fruits and add-ins, but I always use Stonyfield yogurt
and almond milk to make them smooth and creamy.
We are huge fans of Stonyfield and I was so happy to hear they have partnered with
the Target Made to Matter program. Target has chosen 30 wellness brands that
make natural, organic and sustainable products to help you and I live a better,
healthier life. Just another reason to love Target!
Target will offer exclusive Stonyfield Organic Super Seeds and Super Grains yogurt.
The organic Super Seeds features nonfat Greek yogurt with flaxseed with your choice of
orange-cranberry, blueberry and coconut flavors. Super Grains pairs nonfat Greek yogurt
with buckwheat and quinoa in delicious strawberry, maple and vanilla flavors.
They will be available in the next few weeks and I can not wait to try them!
For my almond butter and raspberry smoothie I have paired frozen banana with
raspberries, almond butter, Stonyfield yogurt and almond milk.
It's refreshing and delicious!
Give it a try and let me know what you think.
