like to switch things up. Through my partnership with Stonyfield Organic I was able to
try two new Nature's Path Organic products - Qi'a Superfood Chia, Buckwheat & Hemp
Cereal and Flax Plus Pumpkin Flax Granola. I can definitely say that both of
these products will be on my shopping list in the future and the best part is that
both of them pair nicely with my morning oats too! Granola and the Qi'a cereal
make great toppings for oatmeal as well as toast!
Superfood toast makes a great breakfast or mid-day snack. I simply toasted Ezekiel
bread and topped it with sun butter, fresh banana, raspberries and Qi'a cereal.
It was delicious and so filling! The combinations are endless. I can't wait to try it
with different fruits and nut butters.
I always incorporate yogurt into my day, usually at lunch or as an afternoon snack.
Yogurt parfaits are a healthy snack and when you make them in cute little jars, they
travel well too. Since I had pumpkin left over from a pumpkin cookie recipe I was
testing, I decided to make pumpkin yogurt breakfast parfaits. This parfait is so easy
to layer together and it tastes like Fall in a jar!
I love the layers of crunch from the pumpkin flax granola! I am so impressed with
Nature's Path Organic and will definitely be trying more of their products soon.

Pumpkin Yogurt Breakfast Parfait
1/2 C pumpkin puree
1 T pure maple syrup
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 C Stonyfield Greek yogurt
1/3 C Nature's Path Organic Pumpkin Flax Granola
In a small bowl combine the pumpkin, maple syrup and cinnamon.
In a mason jar or parfait glass layer Greek yogurt, pumpkin and
granola.
Serves one.
