As always, all opinions are 100% my own.
After dinner I'm always in the mood for a little something sweet, but I don't want to eat
anything too high in calories or fat. Sometimes I will have a small piece of chocolate or
a cup of yogurt, but then I thought why not combine the two into a frozen treat that I
can grab whenever I want. Frozen yogurt bark provides the sweetness I'm craving without
any guilt!
you like - the combinations are endless! The hardest part for me was deciding what flavor
of Divine Chocolate I wanted to use! They are all so delicious! I love the packaging too.
Such pretty colors!
I knew I definitely wanted to use Stonyfield Smooth & Creamy Low Fat Strawberry yogurt.
Besides being delicious, it's a pretty shade of pink, which you all know is my fave!
The great thing about this recipe is you can easily make as little or as much as you like.
I decided to make the bark in a pie pan, but you could also use a cookie sheet to make
square bark.
Simply spoon yogurt into the pan, sprinkle on the toppings and freeze for several hours or
over night. I topped my bark with chopped Divine dark chocolate, pistachios and freeze-dried
strawberries. Once yogurt is frozen, cut the bark into slices or squares.
Frozen Yogurt Bark
1 1/2 C Stonyfield Smooth & Creamy yogurt
1 Divine Chocolate dark chocolate bar, roughly chopped
1/3 C pistachio nuts, chopped
1/3 C freeze-dried strawberries
Line a glass pie plate or cookie sheet with aluminum foil.
Spoon yogurt into the prepared pie plate. Spread out depending
upon how thick you want the bark. Mine was about 1/4 inch
thick. Sprinkle with desired toppings.
Freeze for several hours or over night. Remove from freezer and
cut into bark size pieces. Store bark in an airtight container in the
freezer.
Enjoy!
This looks delicious! Thank you for making such a lovely creation with Divine :)
