As I write this post, I am on my way to Vermont. I still can't believe that I am one of ten
bloggers chosen to attend the 2016 Stonyfield Farm Tour! We will be touring organic
farms in and around Stowe, VT to learn about organic farming and why it is so important.
Growing up on a farm, it will be interesting to see how organic farms differ from the
traditional farms in my area of Virginia. I am so excited for this trip and I can not wait
to share it with all of you! I will be posting lots of photos on Instagram and Facebook,
so follow along and join the fun!
Speaking of Stonyfield, this month they have partnered with Justin's, the makers of the
most wonderful nut butters! I have been a fan of Justin's for several years and consume
their almond and peanut butter on the daily!
Today's recipe is my Almond Butter Yogurt Crunch Parfait, which makes a delicious, healthy
snack, dessert or even breakfast! Justin's Maple Almond Butter is blended into creamy
Stonyfield vanilla yogurt and topped with bananas, chopped pretzels and walnuts. I even
threw in a few blueberries for added sweetness. This sweet, salty, creamy parfait is perfect
as a pre-workout snack too!
It's definitely number one for me!
Happy weekend and stayed tuned for all of my Stonyfield Farm Tour fun!
Be sure to follow along on Instagram and you can find me on SnapChat (pinkmixer) too!
