Game Day Snack Mix

School is back in session and our town is hopping.
Over twenty thousand students have moved back into the 'burg and football
season is here!

There's nothing better on a fall Saturday than college football and tailgating
with friends.

I love coming up with festive and delicious ideas for snacks to enjoy before kickoff and
this game day snack mix couldn't be any easier! Simply add mini pretzels, whole almonds,
and colorful sweets to a large clear jar and decorate with team colored ribbon. It's easy to
transport and the sweet and salty combo can't be beat!

Something else that can't be beat is the great prices and selection at ALDI.
One of the perks of work travel is that I've been able to shop at other ALDI locations
in Virginia for over a year now.  I am so excited that Harrisonburg is getting it's own
ALDI store in just a few days! The ALDI Harrisonburg Grand Opening is Thursday,
September 6th and you can bet that I will be there! The store will be located at
1990 Country Club Road.

On Thursday, there will be a ribbon-cutting ceremony at 7:50 a.m.
If you want a free ALDI gift card, I suggest getting to the store early!
The first 100 customers in line will receive an ALDI Golden Ticket redeemable for
an ALDI gift card. Some of the gift cards will be worth $100! Not only will you have
the chance to get a free gift card, but all shoppers who visit the Harrisonburg store
on Grand Opening day will also be entered into a sweepstakes for a chance to win
a year's supply of ALDI produce.
